This year we held a three-hour session ofSADOU (茶道– the Japanese tea ceremony), featuring both lectures and hands-on experiences for 26 leaders from various maisons working in retail.
This year`s theme:
“Mindful Leadership: Cultivating Customer Connections and Team Growth Through Tea Ceremony”
The essence of the tea ceremony is “a heart that cares about people” — a philosophy that beautifully aligns with nurturing meaningful customer relationships and fostering people development.
